Pastor Joe & Maria Wright were married in 2011. They have 4 kids: Abigail, Elizabeth, Ian, & Lydia.

Pastor Joe was ordained in the Church of the Nazarene in 2021. He holds a Masters of Divinity from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary and a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Grand Valley State University. He served most recently as an Associate Pastor at Fenton Nazarene; prior to that he was the Lead Pastor of Bellaire Wesleyan Church.

Pastor Joe’s call to Pinckney began in 2018 at Urbana Missions Conference. Along the way they have received affirmation & blessing from the East Michigan District of the Church of the Nazarene. They moved their family to the Pinckney area in the summer of 2021 and officially launched Pinckney Community Church (PCC) in March of 2022.
